Green India Challenge was kick-started by MP Santosh Kumar with the objective of promoting plantation of saplings across the country.
Joining the go green movement, actress Samantha Akkineni has accepted the Green Challenge thrown at her by her mama Nagarjuna.
Today, Saamantha along with her family members planted three saplings at her residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The actress applauded MP Santhosh Kumar for initiating the noble program and urged her fans take up the challenge.
Samantha then sought to pass the green baton on to Keerthy Suresh and Rashmika Mandanna.
