Salary formula of KCR to be followed by MODI too?

In yesterday’s media meet, KCR announced a crucial decision his government took towards the economic adjustment due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

KCR already prepared all the government employees in the state mentally before making his decision public. He said that everyone needs to share the burden that gets placed due to the agony that the entire state is going through.

He said that all 75% of the monthly salaries from all the people’s leaders like MLAs, MLCs, Chair Persons, Local body officials will be deducted.

Along with them, IAS, IPS, IFS officials will face a 60% reduction in their monthly salaries. The remaining all government employees will receive half of their salary amounts and 10% of the salary will be deducted from grade-4 employees’ pay.

Now, it is being said that inspired by the method that KCR adopted, PM Narendra Modi is also going to deduct a certain amount from the salaries of the Central Government employees.

The news is out that the Centre will discuss it. On the other side, private companies are also thinking to adopt the same policy. The deducted salaries from the employees will be reimbursed later.
