Here is the one unlucky actress who failed to become a star heroine even after playing the main leading lady in a film directed by SS Rajamouli, one of the biggest directors in the country today.
We are talking about beautiful and plump actress Saloni, who played the leading lady in Rajamouli’s ‘Maryada Ramanna’. The film became a big hit but not Saloni’s fate. Later, she played important roles in Venkatesh’s ‘Bodyguard’ and Allu Arjun’s ‘Race Gurram’ but she still failed to grab any notable film. Now, the position of the actress has dropped to an extent that she has decided to pair up with a comedian, in a low budget film.
Saloni has been roped in to pair up with comedian Prudhvi Raj. Moreover, the film doesn’t have the duo in lead roles. Naveen Chandra and Shruthi Sodhi are playing the main leads.On a whole, Rajamouli’s leading lady has become the part-time heroine of a comedian.
