What goes into making a beautiful song? The current generation hugely depends on artificial sets or foreign locations, but directors like K Raghavendra Rao carved songs with the utmost care as if they are bringing an abstract dream alive with their interpretations.
Right now, this discussion is happening because the song ‘Velluvochhi Godarmma’ from his Devatha movie is being remade for Valmiki movie. The song is popular not for the tune alone, but Sridevi’s waist swaying and the 100s of metal pots (bindelu) used as props in the song.
