The Jana Sena will be officially competing in its first elections in 2019 and there is a lot of curiosity as to how the Party will fare.Pawan Kalyan during his campaigns has promised people that he will improve their well-being should he be elected to power.Given the fact that Praja Rajyam flattered to eventually deceive, will Jana Sena put up a stronger outing in 2019?
Sources say that Pawan Kalyan has set himself and the Party, a target of winning 20 constituencies. Apparently, the constituencies have been identified and all major resources will be allotted to these 20 constituencies.
Should Pawan Kalyan achieve his target, he could very well call the shots in the formation of any government. And needless to say, a majority of the 20 constituencies are likely to be in the Godavari districts where his community is in a majority.
What’s more, these 20 seats will be given to Pawan by the YSRCP as part of an alliance that can well materialise in January, next year.
What this alliance will do is to remove the 2% advantage that the TDP had in 2014 whereas the YSRCP will look to cash in on the anti-incumbency factor that is at an all-time high thanks to the disastrous administration of Naidu.
